1) Date: October 23-24, 2013
2) Venue: Shanghai, China
Schedule of Papers Collection is as followings;
1) Paper title and paper abstract to be submitted before the 15th, Nov., 2012
2) Preliminary full paper to be submitted before the 15th, Mar., 2013
3) Improved full paper based on TSCF’s comments after first review to be submitted before the 15th, Jul., 2013
4) Final full paper based on TSCF’s comments after second review to be submitted before the 15th, Sept., 2013
All of papers to be presented in TSCF 2013 SBM should be in accordance with the paper format as an attachment.
